RETURN POLICY
The following refund policy applies to all products except those stating their own refund policy within the product description. Please contact info@sariyos.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the refund or credit process.
Refunds or credits will only be issued once items purchased from the Sariyos online store are returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date, for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, minus all shipping costs.
To qualify for a full refund or credit, the product must be unopened. Opened products will not qualify for a refund or online credit. Please contact us via email before shipping your return product.
If a product purchased from the Sariyos online store is damaged on arrival, a replacement will be sent at no cost to the customer.
It is best to refuse receipt of a visibly damaged product when the carrier attempts delivery. If you accept the package, ensure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record so that Sariyos can file a damage claim.
Please retain the merchandise, original box, and all packaging. Notify Sariyos immediately so we can arrange a carrier inspection and pick-up of the damaged item(s).

If Sariyos is not notified of damaged goods within 28 days of delivery, our standard return policy will apply and override any damage claims.
