Shipping & Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via the Sariyos.com Online Store is carried out daily at agreed times with our partnered courier companies, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Sariyos uses various third-party courier services and is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. We shall not be held liable for any reasonable delays beyond our advertised delivery timeframes.
- Standard/Ground Courier: Delivery may take up to 6 business days.
- Express Courier: Delivery may take up to 3 business days.
Note: Shipping time frames begin after the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing may take 2 to 3 business days.
Limitations to On-Time Delivery Guarantee
The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments delayed due to factors beyond the control of Sariyos or its courier partners. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Unavailability or refusal to accept delivery
- Delays caused by the recipient
- Acts of God or natural disasters
- Actions by public authorities or customs
- Riots, civil unrest, or labor disputes
- Weather disruptions or transportation network issues
